By using this application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Description of Service

This app allows you to:

  • Upload audio and video files
  • Transcribe audio content using AssemblyAI
  • Convert transcriptions to speech using Google Cloud Text-to-Speech
  • Generate practice prompts using GPT
  • Transcribe practice sessions using Whisper

3. User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you upload
  • You grant us permission to process your content through our AI services (AssemblyAI, Google Cloud TTS, GPT, Whisper) to provide the transcription and speech services
  • You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload any content
  • Don't upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content you don't own

4. Privacy and Data

  • Your uploaded content is processed by third-party AI services
  • We don't permanently store your audio/video files beyond what's necessary for processing and application functionality
  • Transcriptions may be temporarily stored to provide the service
  • This is a test application - don't upload sensitive personal information

5. Acceptable Use

  • Use the service for legitimate transcription and practice purposes only
  • Don't attempt to hack, overload, or misuse the system
  • Don't upload content that violates others' rights or applicable laws

6. Service Availability

  • This is a test application provided "as is"
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
  • No guarantee of uptime or data preservation

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Use at your own risk
  • We're not liable for any damages from using this service
  • No warranties about accuracy of transcriptions or AI-generated content

8. Third-Party Services

This app uses:

  • AssemblyAI for transcription
  • Google Cloud Text-to-Speech
  • OpenAI GPT for content generation
  • OpenAI Whisper for speech recognition

Your use is also subject to these services' terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate access for violations of these terms or for any reason.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
